Job Summary
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling while drafting professional emails, documents, and meeting notes. Maintain accurate CRM records, update customer information, and organize files using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Conduct competitor and market research to prepare summaries and reports, then respond to client inquiries or route them appropriately. Communicate with vendors, follow up on outstanding tasks, and assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping. Update project trackers in Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to keep workflows organized and ensure projects move without delays. Review inboxes daily, schedule meetings, and prepare for the next day while ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Support professional
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero
- Experience supporting founders, startups, or remote teams
- Experience supporting multiple clients or executives
