Job Summary
Virtual Assistant to provide reliable administrative and operational support remotely for U.S. hours. Responsibilities include managing calendars and communications, CRM/data maintenance (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), drafting emails and documents, preparing meeting notes, conducting research, supporting invoicing and light bookkeeping, and maintaining project trackers (Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com). Requires proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who can handle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and learn new tools quickly. Experience with startups or founders and familiarity with CRMs and remote teamwork are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience as Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations support
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet and professional setup
