Job Summary
Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for remote US client operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and calendar management using Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, drafting emails and documents, preparing meeting notes, maintaining CRM and project-tool records (Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint), conducting online research, supporting invoicing and light bookkeeping, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication, able to multitask across workflows, and comfortable learning new tools (CRM systems like HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho; project tools: Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com). Typical day includes checking inbox/calendar, scheduling, updating CRM/spreadsheets, producing reports/presentations, and supporting others to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Virtual Assistant experience
- Administrative support experience
- Remote operations experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet and remote setup
