Job Summary
Remote, full-time Virtual Assistant role supporting executive functions, CRM management, and operations coordination. Responsibilities include calendar, inbox, and administrative support across multiple time zones; data and system management in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho); research on competitors, vendors, and market trends; and client/vendor/communication support. Strong emphasis on proactive organization, clear professional communication, independent work in a fast-moving remote environment, and maintaining accurate records across Notion/M Monday.com/Asana/Trello. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, take initiative, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining professional remote setups. Potential career growth into Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator within a growing remote team.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Virtual Assistant roles

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
