Job Summary
Virtual Assistant role supporting small business owners across various industries. Responsibilities include data entry and data quality checks, project planning and monitoring, handling communications (emails, calls, messages), scheduling and calendar management, interviewing and recruitment coordination, and preparing reports. Requires proven VA or administrative experience, strong organizational/time-management abilities, proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools (Trello/Asana), and communication platforms (Slack/Zoom). Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, interviewing, and recruitment processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello or Asana, Slack, Zoom
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting small business owners across industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic bookkeeping (preferred)
- Reliable computer, up-to-date software, high-speed internet
- Quiet workspace free from distractions
