Job Summary
Position: Virtual Assistant for a high-volume real estate media company. Core responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for real estate agents to book shoots and handle inquiries, coordinating daily shoot schedules for field photographers and videographers to optimize geographic efficiency, navigating multiple software platforms (booking systems, CRM, cloud storage, routing software) to input data, track project status, and update client files, and monitoring media from production through delivery to clients within strict turnaround windows. Also maintain flawless data entry for property addresses and agent requests to prevent operational friction. Ideal qualifications include flawless English communication, 2+ years in a client-facing support or administrative role, strong calendar/scheduling acumen, tech fluency with real estate booking tools (e.g., HDPhotoHub, Aryeo) or standard CRM/project management software, and obsessive attention to detail for organized systems.
