Collaborate with Virtual Programs Manager and Digital Media Manager to meet video production targets; work with Virtual Instructors to ensure timely delivery of fitness content; organize content calendars and promotional materials; curate and post content across social platforms; engage with the online community by responding to comments; assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns; monitor KPIs and generate performance insights; organize and promote virtual events; analyze platform metrics; maintain consistent brand voice across channels; actively engage with members and address inquiries; troubleshoot content delivery issues; stay updated on digital trends and tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital media efforts with business goals.
