Virtual Academic Tutor

Job Summary
Provide 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction to students nationwide with a focus on students needing supports such as IEPs and 504 plans. Develop structured lesson plans aligned to goals, accommodations, and grade-level standards; adapt instruction in real time; track progress and communicate with families and, where applicable, school district partners. Fully remote, tutor from home, with flexible scheduling and the ability to set hourly rates. Home-based, video-conferenced instruction using digital whiteboards and other tools, with opportunities across subject areas and populations, including special education needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other special education needs
- Familiarity with IEPs and 504 plans
- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
- Strong virtual instruction skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
