Virtual 9th-12th Algebra Teacher

Virtual 9th-12th Algebra Teacher for an online public school serving Ohio residents. Serve as the teacher of record and primary instructor; deliver highly effective live algebra lessons via web conference; complete course setup in the LMS; monitor asynchronous progress; provide daily feedback and grading; track student progress and communicate with families; collaborate with the Principal on progress reports; differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs; implement culturally responsive practices; support school-wide culture and norms; participate in planning non-instructional activities and attend events in person when required; travel annually to support state testing; must be able to travel for in-person state testing and student events. Requires current Ohio teaching license and familiarity with standards; preferred two years of teaching experience; proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to manage confidential information; ability to stand for extended periods; able to pass background checks; willing to travel for required tests and events.
