Job Summary
Virginia State Inspector / Emissions Inspector at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly, VA. Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections in accordance with state regulations and conduct emissions inspections and testing. Identify and document vehicle safety concerns, communicate inspection findings clearly to service advisors, and perform light maintenance and repair work as needed. Maintain inspection certifications and stay current on state requirements; ensure all inspection paperwork is completed accurately; assist in maintaining efficient vehicle flow throughout the service department; uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Requires current Virginia State Inspector License and Virginia Emissions Inspector Certification; valid driver’s license with clean driving record; prior automotive service experience preferred. Required Qualifications
