Independent Contractor position for a Field Roof Inspector at Hancock Claims Consultants to conduct property assessments and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to inspect steep and high roofs safely
- Technical ability to complete inspections in various weather conditions
- Professionalism
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Empathy when dealing with insureds
- Must have a reliable Truck, Van or SUV
- Must have a Lidar equipped device or obtain one
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing and construction related backgrounds
- Insurance claims experience
- HAAG Certification
