Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care using the nursing process while accepting responsibility for directing co-workers and delegating tasks. Provide quality family-centered nursing care and education to patients and families from admission through discharge. Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring clinic workflows comply with policies and that equipment remains available for patient needs. Document the nursing process thoroughly and collaborate with physicians and team members to address patient concerns and ensure smooth care transitions. Maintain a valid Ohio nursing license, complete CPR training, and possess the physical ability to move objects weighing 50 to 100 pounds occasionally.
