Job Summary
VIP Travel Agent responsible for high-touch service to executive travelers, including accurate and efficient handling of reservations via multiple channels, up-selling related products, and providing travel consultation. Must proficiently use travel tools and systems (GDS Sabre), understand client travel policies, and navigate regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas). Maintain current knowledge of travel industry practices and supplier rules, and deliver professional communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in VIP travel
- Strong knowledge of travel industry, policies, procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of GDS Sabre
