Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish, English and German
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Proven customer service experience handling VIP clients is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
- Willingness to work within an international team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
