Job Summary
VIP Specialist position at Bean Automotive Group in Miami area, responsible for explaining features and benefits of new car upgrades and refinance options to service customers, identifying customer vehicle needs, assisting with vehicle selection, completing paperwork accurately, introducing customers to the VIP Sales Manager, providing a facility walk-through, scheduling initial service appointments, and maintaining an owner follow-up system; requires strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, high school diploma, valid driver license, and comfort with computers/Internet/smartphones; ASE certification reimbursement and ongoing training available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Maintain professional appearance
- Extensive knowledge of computers, internet and smartphones
- Successful completion of drug and background screening (MVR)
