Job Summary
VIP Services Concierge will elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for high-limit players. Responsibilities include designing and executing experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations; servicing high-limit gaming areas; coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests; extending appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service; managing VIP arrivals and ensuring seamless hotel and event reservations; communicating with guests in a high-volume environment; suggesting promotions and special event participation; updating guest profiles and processing ticket and travel arrangements; liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt service; upholding confidentiality and privacy of guest information; and performing other duties to support department operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in guest services required; must have worked directly with guests; previous experience in a Casino/Hospitality environment highly preferred
