Job Summary
Assist the VIP Server and Marketing Model with serving beverages, food, and amenities across all venue areas while maintaining a clean, hygienic workstation. Transport trays, perform daily setup and breakdown, and manage multiple tables using an efficient, proactive style of service. Recognize intoxicated guests, enforce safety policies, and report incidents or violations to management. Maximize sales by recommending items and ensuring accurate pricing for all alcohol and food orders. Maintain social media platforms, promote events, and handle cash and credit card transactions with proper end-of-shift reporting. Adhere to all brand standards, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements while navigating the venue's loud, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a nightclub setting
- Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently
- Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment
- Ability to take direction, and communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid TABC card
- Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members
- Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun
- Must adhere to both company and department specific policies and procedures
- Embrace company culture and take pride in the venue and amenities
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position including standing for extended periods of time, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, able to lift loads of up to 50 lbs
- Able to work rapidly, especially during peak periods to ensure that all guests are being serviced properly and necessary operational tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Ability to sustain loud noise volume
