Job Summary
Serving beverages and food to guests while transporting trays across pool and nightclub areas. Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation and ensure all spaces are set according to floor plans before doors open and broken down after closing. Manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently, assisting guests with requests and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies. Monitor intoxicated guests, report incidents to management, and follow all emergency procedures. Adhere to company safety standards, complete required trainings, and maintain social media platforms for event promotion. Execute varied service styles including restaurant, cocktail, and banquet formats while ensuring proper cash handling and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a nightclub setting
- Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Ability to take direction, and communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to get Food Safety and TIPS certified
- Must have a valid TABC Card
- Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members
- Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun
- Must adhere to both company and department specific policies and procedures
- Embrace company culture and take pride in the venue and amenities
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position including standing for extended periods of time, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, able to lift loads of up to 50 lbs
- Able to work rapidly, especially during peak periods to ensure that all guests are being serviced properly and necessary operational tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Ability to sustain loud noise volume
