Job Summary
Work with warm leads generated from the Service Department, lease maturities, and customer follow-ups to build relationships and identify vehicle upgrade or trade-in opportunities. Assist customers through the purchase process from initial contact to delivery while evaluating their needs to recommend vehicles fitting their lifestyle and budget. Maintain communication via phone, email, and text, and collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize retention. Provide a high level of customer service to create a VIP buying experience. Full-time availability required with a valid driver's license; previous sales experience is preferred but strong customer service skills are acceptable.
