Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of global VIP clients by performing client acquisition, building rapport through sustained communication, and analyzing behavior to identify unspoken needs. Prepare key customer analysis reports and liaise with stakeholders across departments to formulate management rules and provide optimal service solutions. Establish and track the status of key customers while maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, and private bank customers. Requires experience in trading platforms or exchanges and a background in international financial sales and client services. Required Qualifications
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.
- Strong communication and written skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
- Prior working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc. is preferred
