Job Summary
VIP Relationship Director to lead LATAM VIP growth strategy, own the commercial roadmap to grow trading volume and revenue among high-value clients, acquire and manage VIP users, act as a client advocate across Product, Trading, Compliance and Global VIP teams, identify growth opportunities, lead a high-performance BD team in LATAM, and represent OKX externally through events and partnerships; requires deep LATAM crypto/trading knowledge, 10+ years in crypto/trading/brokerage/private client services/fintech, fluent Spanish and English, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity with ownership and urgency.
