Job Summary
Provide attentive, refined food and beverage service to VIP guests, diplomats, and delegations at the USA Pavilion during World Expo 2027. Prepare immaculate VIP spaces and receptions while anticipating guest needs and handling special dietary or cultural requests with discretion. Follow protocol instructions precisely regarding seating, order of service, and dress code for dignitaries, maintaining strict confidentiality on all guest and event details. Support wider pavilion F&B service during general trading and peak days, manage cash and POS accurately, and present with the poise expected of a national representative. Requires US citizenship, minimum 2-3 years in premium F&B, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Premium or fine-dining / VIP service experience
- Exceptional presentation, poise and guest-service instincts
- Discretion, emotional intelligence and calm under pressure
- Strong English
- United States citizenship
- Hospitality training or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in premium F&B, events or VIP service
- Responsible-service and food-hygiene certification
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of service etiquette and protocol an advantage
