Key responsibilities include actively recruiting new clients, maintaining client records, and driving sales through effective client engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of retail sales expertise within a luxury business
- Understanding of the Comme des Garçons Fashion House and its sub-brands
- Knowledge of all collections and stock availability at DSM
- Ability to maintain a Customer Book of key clientele and VIPs
- Excellent client development and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of the luxury market
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle as a Personal Shopper
- Strong portfolio of VIP clients
- Language skills
- Knowledge of Retail Pro
- Clienteling and sales development training
