Job Summary
Greet VIP guests upon arrival with personalized service tailored to their preferences while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Deliver anticipatory care by monitoring lounge atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness, and handling special requests, reservations, and guest concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal departments including Hotel Operations, Casino Hosts, Food & Beverage, and Security to ensure a seamless experience. Process transactions accurately if applicable and maintain proper documentation while adhering to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain grooming standards consistent with Wynn Las Vegas policies and exercise sound judgment when interacting with high-profile clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or high-end food & beverage environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet grooming and appearance standards consistent with Wynn Las Vegas policies
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience working with VIP or high-net-worth clientele
