Job Summary
VIP Host role focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players through personalized, proactive outreach across email, in-app, and events; drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value by re-engaging lapsed players, sharing player insights with internal teams, and representing the brand in both virtual and in-person VIP events; ensure sweepstakes compliance and monitor Responsible Social Gaming and AML concerns; role requires cross-functional collaboration across teams and 25% travel to events, with emphasis on data-driven performance and a passion for social/mobile gaming.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in player development, VIP hosting, customer success, or high-touch customer service (gaming, hospitality, or digital platforms preferred)
- Desire to measurably influence the success of a growing company
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport in a digital environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams across multiple functions
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and acting on performance metrics
- Ability to work well with off-site cross-functional teams
- Adept at problem-solving and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs/timelines to make decisions and meet quality standards
- Team player and self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Passion and technical understanding of social and mobile games
- Ability to travel to events 25% of the time
- Preferred: Experience in sweepstakes gaming, social casino, iGaming, or mobile-first platforms
- Familiarity with VIP segmentation, bonus strategy, and promotional mechanics
