Job Summary
Build authentic, trusted relationships with high-value Players to increase engagement, loyalty, and revenue. Manage all aspects of the player relationship through proactive outreach, personalized communications, and timely issue resolution. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, promotions, products, and platform enhancements to deliver relevant recommendations and experiences. Lead player reactivation initiatives by identifying opportunities to reconnect with inactive Players and increase participation. Gather and communicate player feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall player experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address player needs and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and relationship development. Execute all VIP program policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with responsible gaming standards and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term player partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach to every interaction
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours
Desired Qualifications
