Job Summary
Welcome and provide personalized recognition to VIP guests and Live Nation executives at the Allianz Amphitheater. Serve as the primary point of contact within premium lounges, delivering accurate event information and proactively anticipating guest needs. Monitor spaces for ambiance and cleanliness, resolve concerns with discretion, and support premium upsell opportunities while maintaining polished professional standards. This part-time, seasonal role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be confident, warm, and composed to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences that ensure every guest feels valued from arrival through encore.
Required Qualifications
