Job Summary
Greet guests at venue entrances, aisles, and concourses with a friendly tone while directing foot traffic and collecting or scanning tickets. Verify wristbands and badges to allow appropriate entry, then provide helpful directions to enhance the entertainment experience. Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution while maintaining operational efficiency and cleanliness in designated areas. Demonstrate understanding of venue policies and regulations throughout the shift. Complete a licensing certificate course post-hire and work flexible part-time schedules under 30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
