Job Summary
VIP Engagement Specialist responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value players in Edmonton, AB, delivering personalized engagement to drive loyalty, retention, and long-term value. Role includes hosting VIP events in Edmonton and surrounding areas, representing the brand at in-person experiences, and supporting CRM initiatives through segmentation, campaign execution, and player-level reporting. Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell based on player behavior and data insights, coordinate with Marketing, VIP Management, and Compliance to ensure responsible gaming and regulatory alignment, and stay informed on industry trends to enhance engagement strategies.
