Job Summary
VIP Engagement Specialist responsible for managing direct relationships with high-value players, delivering personalized service to drive loyalty, retention, and long-term value. Own a portfolio of player accounts, provide tailored engagement and proactive outreach, host VIP events and in-person experiences across Alberta—primarily in Calgary, and support CRM initiatives including segmentation and campaign execution with insights to strengthen VIP strategy. Collaborate with Marketing, VIP Management, and Compliance to ensure interactions and offers meet regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards. Track metrics on activity, satisfaction, and account performance, and stay informed on industry trends and regional player preferences to enhance engagement strategies.
