Job Summary
Manage VIP client inquiries via Zendesk, WhatsApp, and phone, resolving complex issues with critical thinking and emotional intelligence. Coordinate and reschedule bookings for celebrities and influencers while liaising with beauty professionals to fulfill marketing and PR requests. De-escalate challenging situations and enforce policies as needed, balancing ad-hoc administrative tasks with proactively learning our treatment range. Deliver a seamless, personalized experience for high-profile clients across London, Manchester, and Brighton.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in client concierge, customer success, customer support, and personal assistance, client hospitality or event coordination
- Preferably experienced at a supervisory level
- Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, clear, and engaging communication style
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients and de-escalate tense situations
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box and prioritise effectively
- Analytical skills to assess and adapt to unique client needs, especially in high-stakes situations
- Proficiency in tools such as Zendesk, Excel, and Notion
- Team player with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency
- Must be available for bank holidays (excluding Christmas Day)
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
