Job Summary
Forge and cultivate relationships with our most engaged players by executing the day-to-day strategy of the VIP engagement program. Create new business revenue through authentic player relationships, managing interactions via local events, regular communications, and escalation responses. Maintain market understanding to proactively provide new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms while compiling feedback to support platform improvements. Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of sales or account management experience, and the ability to obtain a State Gaming License. Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
- Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
