Job Summary
VIP Bottle Server role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving cocktails and menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction through professional service. Candidates must effectively communicate with coworkers and guests, promote teamwork, and coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue is required, along with knowledge of drinks and alcohol service, communication skills, and the ability to handle cash. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and may work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Basic math skills
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
