Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of German-speaking VIP players by building long-term, trust-based relationships and providing tailored solutions to maximize engagement. Proactively contact clients to introduce new offers, bonuses, and exclusive promotions while monitoring activity to identify opportunities and risks. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution, collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey. Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance, and retention metrics to contribute to strategies for increasing loyalty and lifetime value. Handle additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Native-level German and proven iGaming experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level German
- excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in the iGaming / Gambling industry (mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a VIP / Account Management role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand player needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment
