Job Summary
Frames assembly role performing material handling, cutting raw materials to size, drilling screw holes, assembling vinyl frames with a partner, applying adhesive and brickmould/nailing fin as required, and conducting quality inspections to meet specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, retrieving components, ensuring proper surface finish, recording production counts, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and reporting any defects or issues to the Lead Hand. Must be able to read, write, and understand English and perform basic math; ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Production work emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality in a Canadian manufacturing environment.
