Vinyl Sign Shop Manager

Job Summary
Oversee key graphics production activities by performing pre- and post-production quality assurance, operating printers and plotter cutters, and applying computer-cut vinyl or full-color images to substrates. Prepare substrates for vinyl application, weed excess vinyl, and execute finishing operations including laminating and mounting. Monitor inventory levels, report stock needs, and assist with tradeshow booth set-up, tear-down, and dimension validation. Maintain equipment, materials, and storage areas while collaborating with design and production teams to complete projects accurately. Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods, including four hours or more
- Ability to lean over a waist-high table and use repetitive hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to substrates
- Ability to work under pressure while producing high-volume, high-quality work
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4 years of sign production experience preferred
