Vineyard Operator

Carry out vineyard duties including disease and weed control, irrigation activities, maintenance and operation of plant equipment and machinery, planting and vine development (including re-planting and re-trellising), and participation in harvesting during vintage. The role involves working outdoors, adapting to seasonal requirements, collaborating with the Vineyard Supervisor, and demonstrating a strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and a focus on safety and product quality. Training is provided for certifications when needed; current chemical certificate and truck and forklift license are beneficial but not essential. Ideal candidates have an interest in viticulture and experience in similar environments.
