Job Summary
Measure vineyard productivity, labour efficiency, and operational performance across activities, blocks, sites, and seasons by analyzing key metrics including hours per acre, cost per activity, and year-over-year trends. Design and maintain dashboards that transform complex operational data into actionable insights, supporting annual planning through productivity benchmarking and operational forecasting. Validate invoices, monitor operating costs, and partner with finance teams to improve cost reporting accuracy and identify potential risks before they escalate. Collaborate closely with Vineyard Managers, operational leaders, and vendors to build reporting frameworks that simplify datasets and drive continuous improvement in vineyard operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operational analytics, financial analysis, supply chain, procurement, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills with strong capabilities in data manipulation, reporting, and analysis
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working with both operational and financial datasets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data and insights
