Vinegar Generation Technician

Job Summary
Conduct manufacturing of White Distilled and Apple Cider Vinegar by preparing mixes, pumping stock from field tanks to feed tanks for acetators, and transferring vinegar from acetators back to field tanks. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment while executing on-line Quality Assurance checks and distillating/titrating samples. Complete paperwork for Quality Assurance reports, product movement, inventory, maintenance requests, and purchase orders. Execute tank cleaning operations and recover damaged product. Maintain familiarity with all jobs within the Vinegar Generation and Pressing/Filtering Department. Requires three to six months of related experience prior to appointment.

- Must be familiar with all jobs within the Vinegar Generation and Pressing/ Filtering Department
- Must have the safety training
- Must pass GMP test
- Three to six-month jobs related experience prior to appointment
