Village Porter/Public Areas

Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the curb appeal of a privatized student housing facility through daily pick-up of exterior grounds, trash removal, and comprehensive housekeeping including dusting, vacuuming, window washing, and floor care. Report any items requiring repair or suspicious/unlawful items to Management while completing specific tasks such as waxing floors or spot cleaning furniture as directed. Communicate effectively with co-workers and residents with a positive attitude. Requires a high school diploma and minimum two years of porter experience in multi-family or student housing.
