Job Summary
Manage, plan, and execute work orders for facility maintenance, including offices, resident units, pools, and community rooms. Supervise daily tasks for curb appeal, coordinate outside contractors, and oversee vendors while maintaining key control policies. Develop preventive and annual maintenance programs, manage inventory, and prepare reports. Participate in on-call rotational duty for emergency responses. Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations for maintenance and housekeeping staff.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in all aspects of maintaining a large scale multi-family apartment complex containing a pool, laundry, office/community room and/or fitness center.
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
- Experience in common maintenance items such as drywall repair, swimming pool maintenance and phone systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC and CPO Certifications required.
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of workshops in the areas of air conditioning repair, plumbing, electrical and heating systems preferred.
