Job Summary
Village Maintenance Coordinator based in Wadeye NT responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of 80 single donga-style rooms within The Village. Leads and supports a small Indigenous team, conducts routine inspections, performs repairs and maintenance, responds to maintenance requests, and ensures rooms and shared areas are safe, functional, and well presented. Requires practical, reliable, proactive individual with leadership skills and experience in remote, residential, or community settings. Priorities include supervision of maintenance activities, adherence to licenses/clearances, and fostering a respectful and collaborative working environment. Essential licenses/clearance prior to commencement include NT Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and NLC work/residential permits; not-for-profit context with salary packaging options and relocation support up to 1500 AUD. Relocation assistance up to 1500 and furnished accommodation are provided. Required Qualifications
