Job Summary
Conduct snow removal, lawn care, and general maintenance including painting and minor repairs across the resort grounds. Operate snowplows, snowblowers, mowers, and other groundskeeping equipment while performing basic construction tasks and upkeep projects. Maintain outdoor spaces to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, adhering to quality standards and working in extreme weather conditions. Lift loads up to 50 lbs and operate small engines as needed. Requires valid driver's license, mechanical knowledge, and ability to work mornings and afternoons.
Required Qualifications
- expertise in multiple types of equipment operations, snow removal, lawn care and related functions
- Ability to do general maintenance on areas that require painting, and minor repairs

- Operation of groundskeeping and maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow removal equipment, and hand tools
- Ability to work outdoors for prolonged periods in varying weather conditions, including sun, rain, wind, snow, and fluctuating temperatures
- Physical stamina to complete assigned tasks efficiently across a large resort setting while adhering to safety standards and operational expectations
Desired Qualifications
