Job Summary
Lead and support nursing and support teams in a village community setting to deliver safe, efficient, and person-centred 24-hour nursing care for residents; provide clinical leadership, clinical judgement for residents with dementia or nursing needs, ensure compliance with NMC, Belong standards, and regulatory requirements, and cover neighbouring village shifts as needed. Requires RMN/RGN qualification with NMC pin and DBS clearance, night shifts, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care in a not-for-profit village environment.
