Create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere for the luxury villa, ensuring guests feel truly at home through hands-on leadership and detailed oversight. Manage operational systems across multiple departments, including highly organized breakfast cooking, while confidently delegating supervision to a small, close-knit team. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience and degree in hospitality management
- Prior experience as a Department Head (F&B, Guest Relations, or Housekeeping)
- Proven success in creating and operational systems
- High emotional intelligence
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mentoring capabilities
- Highly organised
- High quality Breakfast cooking skill
- Efficient across multiple departments
- Confident in delegation and supervision
- Fluent in English
- European language
- Team player comfortable in a small, close-knit team
- Willing to be hands-on
- Willing to take full ownership of the guest experience
- Live out accommodation
