Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile guests, acting as the primary point of contact for VIPs to ensure timely resolution of issues. Anticipate guest needs proactively by offering tailored recommendations for private dining, spa treatments, and resort activities while collaborating with housekeeping, food & beverage, and security departments. Handle confidential guest information with discretion and monitor satisfaction to address feedback with urgency. Uphold the resort's brand standards by embodying elegance and professionalism while engaging with high net-worth individuals and celebrities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the resort's offerings, local attractions, and global luxury trends. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to safely lift items up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or high-end concierge roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Extensive knowledge of luxury services, fine dining, and high-end travel
- Proficiency in concierge software and luxury service platforms
- Discreet, polished, and professional demeanor
- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
