Job Summary
Villa Ambassador/Butler based in Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino (Pylos, Messinia, Greece) responsible for exceptional pre-arrival to departure service for Specialty Villas and VVIP guests in the Room Division. Duties include providing courteous, efficient service; handling pre-arrival arrangements (transportation, activities, dining reservations); in-suite check-in and preference management; coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, In-Room Dining and other departments; potential in-villa private service; coordinating daily service and turn-down with housekeeping; arranging in-villa meals and private events with F&B; maintaining villa readiness and inventory; handling guest billing and correspondence; ensuring continuity of personalized service across stays; supporting colleagues to deliver service excellence; performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include English proficiency, EU passport or residence permit, driving license, ability to work night shifts/weekends/holidays, and a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred experience in the same or similar position
- Good level of English
- Greek or an additional language will be considered as a plus
- Good computer skills
- Outgoing and smiling personality
- Excellent teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Be available for night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Driving license is mandatory
- Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit
