Drive your own OKQ8 garage by managing daily operations, customer reception, and administration within a fully equipped local. Recruit, lead, and develop your staff while ensuring all work adheres to legal standards and quality requirements. Handle tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment to maintain high customer satisfaction and concept compliance. You will independently manage the purchase of tools and machines such as lifts and tire changers. This role requires a driver's license, vehicle technical experience, and knowledge of workshop operations and economics. Candidates must be citizens of Sweden, a Nordic country, or an EU/EEA country with the right to work. Successful applicants will need to pass the MEKO KSV technical test and submit a criminal record check before signing an agreement.
