Identify and resolve customer problems while installing and configuring new equipment for fiber infrastructure. Conduct daily diagnostics using instruments like OTDRs, perform functional testing, and ensure connections operate according to customer specifications. Work with routers, switches, and various customer installations across IP and LAN domains, coordinating closely with the production planner and reporting progress via phone or computer. Maintain readiness for on-call weeks and handle procurement needs to solve issues for clients. This role supports Eltel's mission to build Sweden's future communication networks within a collaborative team environment.
