Job Summary
Director, Portfolio Marketing leads cross-functional portfolio strategy and KOL engagement for HIV-focused portfolios, serving as central integrator across brand teams, KOL engagement, P2P, AOR, and cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, insight-driven execution. Responsibilities include HQ support to regional marketing directors, portfolio-level congress strategy and activation, and enterprise governance of US business planning, dual-branded investments, and agency partnerships, while ensuring adherence to compliance standards. The role is based in Durham, NC and may be considered for a domestic relocation package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
- Leadership experience in Portfolio or enterprise marketing strategy, OR KOL engagement and insight generation, OR Business planning and investment governance, OR Agency and matrix leadership
